Innovative Home Systems, LLC  the Denver, CO automation store was founded in 2003. In 2010, we introduced GarageHawk®, an INSTEON enable garage door monitoring and closing system and were awarded U.S. Patent # 7,989,760 for the product.

Since then, we have gone on to introduce a number of other popular products including our Insteon and Z-Wave Water Shutoff Valves, automated motorized drapery tracks, and Heavy Electrical Load Controllers available for use with all popular popular automation technologies in Single and 3-Phase versions up to 90 amps.

On April 15th, 2022, Insteon and it's parent company Smartlabs went dark, apparent victims of supply chain issues associated with the Covid pandemic.  The Insteon product line was acquired and emerged from bankruptcy later that year under the Insteon Technologies name.  We have been an authorized INSTEON home automation dealer for many years.  Call or email us if you have any questions about your INSTEON automation.
