Innovative Home Systems, LLC the Denver, CO INSTEON automation store was founded in 2003. In 2010, we introduced GarageHawk®, an INSTEON enable garage door monitoring and closing system and were awarded U.S. Patent # 7,989,760 for the popular product.

On May 2nd, 2022, Innovative Home Systems announced it's agreement with Alterco to become a distributor of Shelly products. Shelly, with headquarters in Sofia, Bulgaria and Las Vegas, Nevada manufactures a full line of WiFi and Bluetooth automation devices for residential and commercial applications.
